This document outlines the essential terms and conditions that govern our business relationship. Please review the following information carefully to ensure a clear understanding of your rights and responsibilities.

1. Agreement Overview
This Terms and Agreement document (“Agreement”) is entered into between Peace I Leave With You Marketing (“Peace I Leave With You Marketing,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and the Client (“you” or “your”). By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined in this Agreement.
2. Scope of Services
Peace I Leave With You Marketing provides digital marketing services, including but not limited to Content Writing, Website Development and Design, Blogging, Google Ads Management, and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) (“Services”). This Agreement applies to all Services rendered by Peace I Leave With You Marketing.
3. Payment Terms
- Payment Obligation: Payments for Services must be made as per the terms specified in the respective service contract or invoice. Full payment is required to initiate any work.
- Non-Payment: If payment is not received as agreed, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate Services. Additionally, we may pursue legal or collection actions to recover any outstanding balance, including associated legal fees and costs.
- Refund Policy: Refunds are only issued under special circumstances, to be determined at the sole discretion of Peace I Leave With You Marketing. In cases where Services have been paid for but not utilized within the agreed-upon timeframe, no refunds will be issued. Instead, a credit may be provided, and a new onboarding session will be arranged to reassess the Services to be rendered.
4. Service-Specific Terms
- Google Ads Management: Peace I Leave With You Marketing charges only for management fees and is not responsible for ad spend. The Client is solely responsible for covering the costs of ad spend.
- Lead Generation and Performance: We strive to optimize your digital presence; however, we do not guarantee the generation of leads or your ability to close leads generated through our Services. The success of marketing campaigns depends on various factors beyond our control.
5. Legal Binding Contract
All signed contracts and agreements between the Client and Peace I Leave With You Marketing are considered legally binding. By signing any contract, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined therein.
6. Limitation of Liability
Peace I Leave With You Marketing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the performance of Services. While we aim to provide the best possible outcomes, we do not guarantee specific results, including but not limited to the generation of leads, website traffic, or search engine rankings.
7. Client Responsibilities
- Timely Cooperation: The Client agrees to provide all necessary materials, information, and feedback in a timely manner to enable Peace I Leave With You Marketing to deliver Services effectively.
- Use of Services: If the Client fails to utilize the Services within the agreed timeframe, no refund will be issued. A credit may be provided at the discretion of Peace I Leave With You Marketing, with the option to set up a new onboarding session to reassess the scope of Services.
8. Early Termination by Client
If the Client chooses to terminate the Agreement before the contracted Services are fully rendered, Peace I Leave With You Marketing reserves the right to take legal or collection actions to recover the full payment for the Services as outlined in the original contract. The Client is responsible for fulfilling their payment obligations in full, regardless of early termination.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Peace I Leave With You Marketing operates. Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
10. Amendments
Peace I Leave With You Marketing reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Any amendments will be communicated to the Client in writing, and continued use of our Services after such notice constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement upon written notice. Upon termination, any outstanding payments must be settled immediately. Peace I Leave With You Marketing reserves the right to retain any payments made for work already completed or for time and resources allocated to the project.
12. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Client and Peace I Leave With You Marketing regarding the Services and supersedes all prior discussions, agreements, or understandings of any kind.
By engaging our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
